A message for our AMERICAN customers

We have received the following notification from Canada Post.
“The United States has suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada. Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border – regardless of their value.
This change, mandated under U.S. Executive Order 14324, applies to all business shipments from Canada, whether sent through the postal system, a Canadian courier, freight provider, or any commercial channel.
Starting August 29, 2025, every package shipped from Canada to the U.S. must show proof that duties have been prepaid before the shipment can be accepted for delivery. “
The Duty and/or Tariff for Canada will be a minimum of 35%.
 
* We have temporarily removed the USA shipping option from our website until we receive more clarity on how these tariffs are going to be collected. If however, you wish to place an order, and you are willing to pay the tariff, please contact us.
 

Canada: 

Rates will be displayed after a billing/shipping address is entered.

Special Rate Shipping: $5.95 – $9.95 to the Canadian provinces depending on the size and weight of the item/s. Shipping by Canada Post, Fleet Optics, Intelcom or ICS courier *

Orders $99.00 and over – shipping is FREE (Order amounts are calculated before shipping or taxes).

Allow 2 – 9 business days for delivery.

Continental USA:

Shipping by USPS Ground or UPS Economy

Special Rates: $5.95 –  $14.95 to Continental USA (With Tracking) depending on the size and weight of the item/s. **

Orders $129.00 and over – shipping is FREE (Order amounts are calculated before shipping)

International:

Rates will be displayed after a billing/shipping address is entered.

May be shipped by Canada Post, NLPost, APC or similar.

*  Tracking on Lettermail($3.95) is not available.

** Parcels shipped by Canada Post “Small Packet Air” or “Lettermail” do not include tracking.

The customer is responsible for any fees, taxes or customs duties charged by any country, state or province.

 

Return Policy:

You can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

Please contact us before returning item.

Once we receive your returned item and we process it, your refund or exchange will be issued. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Returns must be packaged properly and insured or they will not be accepted.

The Craft Corner is not responsible for duties, taxes and return shipping cost.

The shipping and handling fees on returns are non-refundable.

If there is a manufacturing defect: Please contact us before returning item. Give us details about the defect (attach a photo if possible).

We will send you a shipping label by mail or email, which you can affix to the parcel to mail it back to us.* When the item is received we will evaluate the defect. If we deem it valid, we will replace the item. If we deem the item to be non-defective, it will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges.

Error in shipment on our part: (incorrect items) Please contact us before returning item(s). We will send you a shipping label by mail or email, which you can affix to the parcel to mail it back to us.*

On receipt of the returned incorrect item we will immediately ship the originally ordered item.

* CANADA ONLY – USA and International customers must pay for return shipping, for which they will be reimbursed if the criteria above are met.

Change an order: Please contact us immediately. We may be able to change your order depending on how far the order is in processing. (At our discretion.)
