This is a South West Christmas Trichem Transfer. This transfer is in good condition. The South West Christmas transfer can be used a few times.

It can be ironed onto a large or XL white adult t-shirt. Otherwise, it can be ironed onto a tablecloth or onto a large piece of decoron, painted, framed and hung on a wall. Use the appropriate paint for your project.
