3-D Birds Ornaments – Trichem Vintage

This 3-D Birds Ornaments Vintage Trichem picture imprinted on Decoron material is one of a whole lot of vintage Trichem paintables I was able to obtain from an Estate Sale.

This is a very different project for Christmas. Everyone will notice these holiday “ornaments”. Use a pretty gold or silver thin cord if you are going to hang the birds on the Christmas Tree.

Paint the 16 birds and wings with water based paint. Painted birds and wings should be left to dry. Then cut them out carefully with a pair of scissors.

Take a look at the birds and you will see a solid black line which should be carefully cut; thereafter, when the birds and wings have been painted, take the painted cut out wings and slot them into the slit part of the bird. See the attached sheet for suggested Trichem paint colours. If you are not familiar with Trichem paints, use any other water based paint for painting pictures. You can also use a glitter paint along the edges of the wings if you want them to sparkle.

Have fun with this project! Use on Christmas Trees with LED lights only.

This 3-D Birds Ornaments picture is in good condition. The Trichem “Painting Instructions” sheet is also enclosed.

The pictures are “Vintage” and therefore some of them may not be in perfect condition. However, once painted and put in a nice frame, they should look “as new”. They are self-shaded, i.e. already shaded for you.
