Stencil – Country Pottery

This is a Country Pottery Stencil, The picture shows a painted version of the Country Pottery Stencil. This stencil is perfect for wall stencilling and has a guiding marker on it. It can be used as a “repetitive” stencil if you choose; it is a versatile stencil, it can be used for stencilling on paper, T-Shirts, furniture or any other surface also. It would be perfect for use on a decorative plate or tray, a canvas, wood sign or any other surface you choose. For fabric, use a fabric paint and follow instructions on the paint bottle. Heat-set the paint if required. Otherwise, for best results, wear the t-shirt or use the runner or tablecloth but wait at least two days for the paint to cure before washing it. Some fabric paints don’t require heat-setting but it doesn’t hurt to wait a couple of days anyway before washing the fabric.

You can also take the stencil designs and trace them onto a piece of fabric of your choice, then, cut out the designs and glue them onto a t-shirt or fabric pencil case or cosmetic bag and then decorate it with rhinestones, glitter fabric paint or leave it as is. The possibilities are endless.

If you add embellishments to fabric, use a fabric glue. For other projects, use a suitable glue.
