5. Cleaning: Clean the stencil immediately with soapy water after use to prevent paint from drying and clogging the openings. Follow the cleaning recommendations. If the stencil is made of cardstock, you obviously won’t immerse it in soapy water.
6. Layering: For multicoloured or layered designs, allow the first layer to dry completely before adding the next.
